Homan Square Community Center Park in North Lawndale will be improved through $600,000 in (TIF) assistance approved by City Council today. The Chicago Park District project at 3517 W. Arthington St. will upgrade the park’s playground, create an outdoor fitness circuit and a 800ft track.
